Forte has experience working on fast-track design-build construction contracts, having recently successfully completed projects for the LIRR and NYCT. Forte’s considerable rehabilitation expertise proved to be invaluable to the NYCT Enhanced Station Initiative (ESI) program. The NYCT ESI Program utilized the Design-Build construction approach to restore and improve select packages of stations with a short turnaround time.
