The Corporate Citizenship Awards recognize companies and individuals who believe that by being good corporate citizens, they contribute to the economic and social well-being of their employees, businesses and the community. Honorees consistently prove that true community stewardship evolves through building strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations and others that strive to meet the critical needs of the community. The honorees were selected by the editorial staff of Long Island Business News.
"The 2024 Corporate Citizenship honorees demonstrate excellence and dedication to the Long Island business and philanthropic communities. These organizations and individuals have brought forward the importance of social responsibility and have influenced Long Island in a profound way," said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Long Island Business News. "They collaborate on projects and initiatives that make the community better and stronger, and we at Long Island Business News are honored to recognize their accomplishments."
The honorees will be recognized at an event on Tuesday, September 17th, from 8 am to 11 am at Crest Hollow Country Club, 8325 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury. The celebration begins at 8 am with breakfast and networking followed by a panel discussion. The awards presentation will close out the event, which ends at 11 am. The event hashtag is #LIBNevents.
Honorees will be profiled in a special section in the September 13th issue of Long Island Business News and will be available online at LIBN.com.
