Congratulations to our Forte Citnalta JV team for meeting another significant milestone - the construction of the new subway entrance attached to the Imperial House Building on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. The new entryway is modern, bright, and easier to navigate.
The $100M+ design-build project at the 68th Street - Hunter College Station includes the installation of three new elevators, which will make the station ADA accessible. The project also involves the construction of two new entrances: the mid-block entrance (Imperial House Building) and another at the southwest corner of 69th Street.
Additionally, the work comprises the reconfiguration of existing stairwells, substantial utility relocation and upgrades, major work to extend the mezzanine, and significant mechanical and electrical improvements.
