The State Street Apartment Building project involved the gut renovation of a six-story mixed-use building in the heart of Downtown Binghamton. The ground floor is designated for commercial space, while the remaining five floors are residential apartments. The building offers all essential utilities and stunning city views. In addition to initial financing, design and renovation work, Forte continues to oversee the management of the property.
